Abstract
The possibility of banning public express buses from operating during the wee-hours has emerged as an important consideration in the interest of passenger safety. An impact assessment was conducted to determine all possible impacts prior to the government making any decision on the banning. Two major steps were taken to describe all the possible impacts arising from the banning of the wee-hour operation.
